For Returns: Please send an email to hjregier@mts.net . Just put "Return" in the subject box. Include your name as it appears on the order, a contact phone number where you can be reached, the item number you would like to return and the Order number. A representative will contact you with the proper instructions and address for returning a product.
Returns, excluding manufacturing defects and errors in shipping, are subject to a 15% restocking fee.
Shipping Policy
Merchandise will be shipped via UPS and is subject to UPS standards and regulations and delivery limitations. Pursespurses.com makes every effort to ship all orders within 24 hours of purchase, Monday through Friday, or according to availability of stock.
Shipping prices are calculated at time of shipment.
For US Post Office shipments: Shipping costs on original invoice will be estimated. Adjustments might be made after the shipment is mailed from the Post Office depending on the actual shipping price.
Purchases made should be received by customer in 5-10 business days.

Your credit card will be charged once your order is shipped. At this point your shipping total will be calculated. Your current billing address and phone information must be included with every order. Return Policy
1. Notify Pursespurses.comwithin 3 days of delivery of the merchandise if you should encounter any problems with your order.
2. Damaged returns and/or items received in error may be returned for exchange, store credit or credit to your credit card within a 30 day period from receipt of your order. Call or e-mail for approval prior to ship.

Requests for returns other than those mentioned in point 2 above are subject to approval by Pursespurses.com There is a 15% handling charge on approved returns, and a 25% handling charge on unapproved returns, or returns received without prior approval. The handling fee is assessed to help defray the costs associated with receipt, processing, inspection, repackaging, and paperwork processing to provide the credit and reenter into the inventory system.
