For Returns: Please send an email to hjregier@mts.net . Just put "Return" in the subject box. Include your name as it appears on the order, a contact phone number where you can be reached, the item number you would like to return and the Order number. A representative will contact you with the proper instructions and address for returning a product.

Return Policy

1. Notify Pursespurses.com within 3 days of delivery of the merchandise if you should encounter any problems with your order.

2. Damaged returns and/or items received in error may be returned for exchange, store credit or credit to your credit card within a 30 day period from receipt of your order. Call or e-mail for approval prior to ship.

3. Requests for returns other than those mentioned in point 2 above are subject to approval by Pursespurses.com There is a 15% handling charge on approved returns, and a 25% handling charge on unproved returns, or returns received without prior approval. The handling fee is assessed to help defray the costs associated with receipt, processing, inspection, repackaging, and paperwork processing to provide the credit and reenter into the inventory system.

4. An invoice must accompany the return in order to assure proper handling and credit. The return should be sent to:
